Kindly remit payment in the form of cash or check made payable to OLMC on or before the <strong>10th of the month<\/strong>. Any enrollment and billing changes take effect the first of the following month. <em>Retain all invoices for tax purposes<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive the pay in full discount please contact Angela via email ahaare@olmcs.org.
