We are deeply grateful for your support and commitment to our mission of faith and education.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Volunteer Clearances &amp; Training<\/strong><br>For the safety of the children in our care, all volunteers at OLMC School are required to obtain certain clearances. PA Criminal Record Check<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Who: All volunteers<br>Website:<a href=\"https:\/\/epatch.pa.gov\/home\"> https:\/\/epatch.pa.gov\/home<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the online form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print or save your certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a copy to the School Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. PA Child Abuse Clearance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Who: All volunteers<br>Website:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.compass.state.pa.us\/cwis\/public\/home\"> https:\/\/www.compass.state.pa.us\/cwis\/public\/home<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the online application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your certificate will be emailed within 3\u20134 days and mailed within 14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a copy to the School Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. FBI Federal Criminal History (Fingerprinting)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Who: Volunteers who have <em><strong>not<\/strong><\/em> lived in Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years.<br>Website:<a href=\"https:\/\/uenroll.identogo.com\"> https:\/\/uenroll.identogo.com<br><\/a>Code: 1KG6ZJ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Register and pay online using the code above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit a fingerprinting site to submit fingerprints electronically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon receipt of clearance submit a copy to the office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Who: Volunteers who have lived in PA for the past 10 years.<br>Website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/content\/dam\/copapwp-pagov\/en\/dhs\/documents\/keepkidssafe\/resources\/documents\/kks-disclosure-statement-for-child-care-employment-dec-31-2024.pdf\" title=\"\">PA Disclosure Statement<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Archdiocesan Training Requirements<br><em><strong>(Must be completed within 90 days of beginning volunteer service)<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Safe Environment Training for Adults (Virtus)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Who: All Volunteers<br>Type: One-time, in-person or virtual training<br>Register at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.virtusonline.org\/virtus\/\" title=\"\">https:\/\/www.virtusonline.org\/virtus\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration Steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Select First-Time Registrant \u2192 View List of Sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <em>Philadelphia, PA (Archdiocese)<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a date and location or virtual, then register.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon completion submit the white copy of the two-part form to the School Office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
