Our CARES (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) Program provides quality before and after school care for OLMC students in PreK–6th grade. With caring staff, engaging activities, and a warm environment, we make your child’s well-being our top priority.
Program Hours
- Before School: 7:00 – 8:15 AM
- After School: 3:15 – 6:00 PM
- Half Days: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM (see school calendar)

Registration
- $25 non-refundable registration fee per family
- Space is limited; schedules must be submitted in advance
- Registration remains open until program is full

Additional Options
- Drop-In Care: $15 AM | $20 PM (payment due at time of service)
- Half Day Program: $35 per session (included for Full-Time PM students)
- Late Pick-Up: $2 per minute after 6:00 PM
Tuition is invoiced on the 3rd of each month and due by the 10th via the email provided. Kindly remit payment in the form of cash or check made payable to OLMC. Retain invoices for tax purposes. Enrollment changes take effect the first of the following month.
