Our CARES (Children Are Receiving Extended Services) Program provides quality before and after school care for OLMC students in PreK–6th grade. With caring staff, engaging activities, and a warm environment, we make your child’s well-being our top priority.
Program Hours
- Before School: 7:00 – 8:15 AM
- After School: 3:15 – 6:00 PM
- Half Days: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM (see school calendar)
Daily Activities
- Homework support
- Crafts & games
- Indoor & outdoor play
- Community service projects
- Afternoon snack provided
Registration
- $25 non-refundable registration fee per family
- 5% pay in full discount available on full- or part-time programs.
- Space is limited; schedules must be submitted in advance
- Registration remains open until program is full

- Morning Sessions

Additional Options
- Drop-In Care: $15 AM | $20 PM (payment due at time of service)
- Half Day Program: $35 per session (included for Full-Time PM students)
- Late Pick-Up: $2 per minute after 6:00 PM
CARES tuition is invoiced by the 3rd of each month, for the previous month, via the email provided on your registration form. Kindly remit payment in the form of cash or check made payable to OLMC on or before the 10th of the month. Any enrollment and billing changes take effect the first of the following month. Retain all invoices for tax purposes.
